Spicy Catsup

I’ll admit it, I’m not a catsup person, but I am a person who likes a little heat in a condiment.  I looked around for a spicy catsup and didn’t find one I liked, so I started tinkering and learned to make catsup and then tinkered some more and added this spice and that spice and a little molasses and a touch of garlic and handed it out to friends and neighbors who came back for more.  They also came back saying “great on tostones,” “I have it on my eggs every morning,” “I glazed grilled chicken with it,” “I put it in pho.”  I aimed for delicious and got delicious AND versatile.
