Spicy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup flavored Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup minced Onion
  • ½ cup minced fresh Garlic
  • ¼ cup dried Parsley
  • 1 ½ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbs Oil for cooking sheet
  • 1 cup Spicy Catsup

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375
  2. Mix all ingredients (except Oil and Catsup) together in a large mixing bowl 
  3. With a bowl of water nearby with which to wet your hands, roll Turkey mixture into 1” balls and place ½” apart on Oiled cooking sheet
  4. Place in preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes
  5. Cool on a rack and mix with Spicy Catsup and serve at room temperature
