Vanilla Ice Cream with Chili Crisp Honey

I was totally shocked when I tried this and it was stunningly delicious. The mix of cold and hot and salty and sweet and creamy and crispy was unbelievably good. It may sound weird, but boy it’s amazingly delicious.

Ingredients

  • The best premium vanilla Ice Cream you can find. This combination merits a trip to the ice cream shop!
  • 4 tbs Chili Crisp
  • 6 tbs Honey (our favorite is wildflower – its floral taste matches well with the Chili Crisp)

Preparation

  • Mix the Honey and Chili Crisp in a small bowl. Stir again right before using as the Chili Crisp floats to the top of the mixture.
  • Scoop as much ice cream as you deem fit into a bowl
  • Drizzle the Chili Crisp Honey over the Ice Cream
  • Pick your jaw up off the floor when you realize what an amazing experience this luscious combination of flavors is.
